EUCon commands list?

after having a look in the Eucon XML file

looks like you can edit this..

is there a list of all the commands anywhere?

obviously these can all be found by simply going thru the menus and making them

if I want to reorder my keys on the softkey / touch screen - its quite slow

much faster to design "on paper" then copy and paste into XML sheet?

or is there a better app for doing this?
