Default can't open session file

Every time I try to open this one session file, the message keeps popping up as follows:

Assertion in "..\midie_track player ccp". line 469

Can anyone tell me what that means and what I can do to get that session file to play? Thanks!
Oscar

If your session is corrupt, you may well be SOL. What you can try is creating a new session and then using File>Import>Session Data to see if you can pull the existing tracks out of the corrupt session.

Jimmy may be right here, but there's one thing worth trying first; Hold the SHIFT key while you open the session. That will make all plugins inactive. If the session opens that way, then you have a bad plugin. Otherwise, I agree. Import a few tracks at a time to a new session, save>close>reopen. That way you might be able to narrow it down to a certain track Fingers crossed
