Subscription pending renewal?
Hi!
I received an e-mail from Avid saying there had been a problem with the renewal of my Pro Tools subscription. I followed the instructions and updated my billing information, and it now seems to be "working" on the avid website. However, the subscription in my iLOK license manager has my pro tools plan and subscription listed as expired, and when I refresh, I am told the subscription is pending renewal ? Pro Tools is also "not activated" under Licenses in Avid's Application Manager, though my subscription appears to be valid in the "account" section. I really need to use Pro Tools tomorrow for a session, so how can I fix this problem? I'm currently unable to open pro-tools Bjørn CASENUMBER: 03085696 |
