Spectrasonics Atmosphere / Trilogy

Hey.... anyone using these on a Intel Mac? I've downloaded all needed files and installed into my MacPro. But I don't get any sounds...
Yes, my midi controller is working correct.
Yes, I moved a copy of the (.dat) file into the Digi plugin folder.
Yes, I give the track Atmosphere or Trilogy is on ... a input (mic 1 & 2).
Yes, I hit the record button

Any help appreciated.

I installed the workaround intel solution a while back. I remember I had a problem (thanks to poor instructions by Spectrasonics)
I'm not at my PT cpu at the moment.... but it seems that it had something to do with the .dat file and the VST folder.I don't think the intel "solution" is seen as a RTAS plug maybe?????? I remember manually moving the .dat file to another place. Seems like a saw a clue in the QT install movie???
