Subscription Renewal
I recently purchased a subscription renewal via a reseller. My System ID was set on auto-renewal in my account so I turned off auto-renewal. After doing that the System ID indicates my current subscription will expire soon, but they give me no means to enter the subscription renewal code I purchased. I have to tried to contact Avid Support, but the website is so buggy and arcane 1)I'm not sure if my request for help has been submitted or 2) my request for help was submitted and no one from Avid has responded. If someone from Avid is monitoring this, can you please help me.
