Midi ghost notes
My current system is as follows: 003 with a Yamaha Motif ES8 hooked up via midi. I believe I have everything configured properly but am hearing odd notes on occasion, seems to be random. When I am tracking or playing back a simple midi track, I randomly hear a note that was not played. Usually it is the lowest midi note...
Local control on the keyboard is off while midi thru is enabled in PT... any thoughts? I've tried everything I can think of (Different midi cables, diff sound module, etc....). Thanks for any advice, going crazy trying to solve this problem. Current setup: PT 8.0.1 with the update for eleven rack installed 003/eleven rack (usb)/trigger finger (usb) Mac os 10.5.8/8G ram/8 core 2.26ghz Playback engine: 128 samples/5 cores for RTAS/CPU usage 85% |
