Default Has Avid Changed The Way It Allows Pro Tools 12 Updates? [SOLVED]

Help! I can't find any links that will allow me to download my Pro Tools upgrade from 12 to the current 12.3. The website to download them from my Avid account, however, there's NOTHING about Pro Tools in my Avid account. Only Sibelius is listed there. I used to simply be able to download full installer links.

Has something changed with the Avid and iLok download procedure since Pro Tools 12?

Thanks so much if any of you can be of assistance. :)

Jay

OK, so there has been a change. So, what do I do if i am running Pro Tools 12 (iLok all validated) but there's no new software downloads to upgrade to?

It should be in your master account under "My Products and Subscriptions".
you should the have all your licenses inside of purple banners.
Look for your HD subscription plan and "Show".
"Product Details and Download Links" to 10, 11, 12's newest versions only
"Additional Value Content included with your software" is the non-perpetual plug-in extras.
-----
For the Application Manager: same account log-in, then sync.
You may install directly from there. (Update the App manager 1st).

Note; In the last update.(HD12.3.1)..App manager received it before accounts did but all seems caught up for now.

I hope this helps.

My PT12.3.1 (plus all the other Installers) are in

My Account/My Products and Subscriptions/ (inside a purple banner called) Pro Tools Upgrade and Support Plan 2015 update

(beats me why they didn't just call it Pro Tools 12)
