Agreed... However, it DOES NOT appear, at least to me, and most likely the OP, that the aptly named Puzzle is one option, and "Choose a Type of Support" is another option.... except for the word "-or-" in real tiny type...

So this is a design problem... make the option of using the puzzle or choosing the type of support clearer, and that would solve this particular problem.

Like the OP, I find using the "puzzle" quite a nightmare.

Constructive criticism was wanted - well how about this:
Avid should provide a how-to-use-this-website section plus maybe also make it available as a pdf (the how-to-use part). Or how about something as novel as a detailed site map with proper functioning hyperlinks? Other sites do this.
