Default HFS+ Disk Support Error (I\'m so screwed)

This is bad...

All of the sudden on startup I get the error message from 'HFS+ Disk Support Volume Check':

"The Mac Volume "______ (F:)" was previously Improperly Removed or Shut Down."

I know I always shut down and remove my drives properly... It gives me this message on startup every time and when I try to open my latest PT session that Ive been working on for a week Pro Tools freezes up or gives me an error message and shuts down.

1. How can I fix this?
2. Is there any way to salvage my PT session?????

I'm running:
-AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ Windsor 3.0GHz Socket AM2 Processor
-ASRock ALiveNF5-eSATA2+ AM2 NVIDIA nForce 520 MCP ATX AMD Motherboard
-A-DATA 4GB(2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)
-External seagate firewire 400 500GB drive

I think you're going to need to insert and check/repair the disk on a mac.

Can you copy all the data from that drive to another drive? If so - do it now!

Is the drive you're referencing actually from a Mac? Do you have any Mac drives mounted?

I can import the info to my main drive on my PC. Yes it was originally formatted on a Mac.

How do I repair it on a mac? (Sorry i'm not really a mac guy, but i can get a hold of a friends laptop)

thanks guys
