7119 error
This error pops out when we want to use all the 40 inserts. The wierd thing is this is happening in native mode and when I switch some 8 channels into dsp mode, some voices are freed up and afl/pfl can be used.
You can see in the system usage window, in the attached picture that not all the voices are used. But when you move the inserts to other tracks, nber of used voices are changing... Looks like some kind of bug.

Ok, i found a workarround. If you insert a plugin after the hardware insert the input count comes down. So I figure it's a bug.
What happends is whenever you insert a hardware it uses 4 input channels and no outputs on the system.
