mc mix buttons freeze

some times the buttons on my mc mix just freeze but the controlling still works. fader, knobs and also the button function. but the lights don't turn on or off when i push them.

it only happened when i change the app from pro tools. sometimes when i just go to the desktop/finder.

i have to close protools and start it up again. at the last time i had to restart the eucon app to get it back.

anybody with the same bug?

mac / lion 10.7.2. / PT 10.0./ eucon 2.6.2 (last one)

Yes I have had that problem. Lately I've not had any artist issues. I changed my network and problems have gone away.

oh what do you mean with "changed my network"? another cable, hub or the connection on the computer?

Same problem here. It seems to me that in general, the unit isn't very stable. Sometimes there is no connection, or some functions stop working, and 5 minutes later everything is fine again. I see you have PT 10, too bad these things still occur with the newer versions. I'd also like to know what Brandonx1 means.
