Automation Lanes presets?
Is it possible to save what automation lanes are visible (and the order you have them in) so they can be recalled on another track easily?
I have not had success with duplicating tracks, creating a Track Preset or Save as Template. The new track always opens up with the standard volume lane only. Thanks |

Re: Automation Lanes presets?
One possibility may be to configure the view manually for existing tracks and plugins and automation lanes, then add a Window Configuration. Recalling the Window Config would reveal the desired automation lane.
The WC would save as part of a Session Template. Switching to a config, you could show automation lanes you want to see plus pop up any plugins you might want on another display, or whatever. As far as "copy automation view to new track" - I am unsure of a quick way to do that. You might also experiment with mix and edit track groups. |
