Application Manager won't update Pro Tools from 12.5.1 to 2018.12
Hi all,
When I try to update Pro Tools on my Mac from 12.5.1 to 2018.12 I get an error saying, "Failed Install: Pro Tools install failed. Installer is corrupted and will be deleted." I've tried restarted the app and emptying the cache....nothing seems to work. Anyone know what might be causing this? |

"Application Manager" is dead?
Like a long time ago and probably doesn't have the backend support on Avid's servers anymore? Avid Link replaced Application Manager. You could download and install that and try to do the install from that. Or... just go to your my.avid.com page and products and download directly the installer for 2018.12 instead of bothering with Application Manager or Avid Link.
