Pro Tools 22.9 Various Bugs

I'm trying to find a stable version of PT for my new computer and realised there's a lot of bugs since I changed my computer and upgraded to 22.9. Here's a list of things that I experienced so far.
Anyone with similar problems and maybe ideas how to solve them?
Feel free to add your own bugs since upgrading.

OCCURRED ONCE
- Doesn’t show folder dialoge when choosing directory when creating new project
- Doesn’t close dialogue after creating tracks folder
- No sound coming in from sound card to inputs, had to restart and open Ableton and then back which solved the problem

OCCURS ALWAYS
- About 5 sec of loud digital noise, about once every 20 min (both during recording and playback)
- "Identify beat" shows different bars each time dialogue opens up, happens only sometimes
- Playback is interrupted for some milliseconds when clips are cut or muted. This stopped happening now.
- Settings in Pro Tools Preferences doesn’t get saved, neither default plugin presets after restarting the computer. It is saved after restarting Pro Tools though.
- When opening an old project with an i/o plugin that doesn't exist anymore (or with different name), a new plugin being placed over it doesn't take it away from the project.
