Default Tags on Mixes

I am currently doing some mixes, I want to name the song and the artist, ect... So It works but when I burn the tracks to CD It says unknown artist. Is there a way to tag the tracks? This is with MP3 or Waves.

Thanks in Advace,
RDOG
