renewing my subscription price q.

Hi! I´m sitting in Denmark and having a hard time trying to reach Avid for a simple question (e-mail ... where?) so I thought, maybe I could reach them here?!
.. Well, my subscription ends at April, and I want to renew it of course. When I log into my Avid account I have the option to renew it all ready.. but I thought the annual renewal price was 99$... but it wants me to pay 105,91€ (+ an optional 105,91€ for a plug in plan)..which is 118,69$ .. maybe I´m missing something basic here, and I apologize if this is a stupid question.
Can anyone enlighten me please?

I think that's the european price, higher because of tax.

If it's any consolation , it's not just Denmark, but anywhere that's not U.S. And it's not just Avid.
