Having iLok trouble authorizing Eleven
My iLok has the trial info ready to download. Took them forever to email me the confirmation email. When I try and launch PT and authorize Eleven via the internet I get an error -31070. I'm not sure what to do at this point.
Any suggestions? -Mark

Can't you log in to your iLok account, download the trial license onto your iLok and start using Eleven?

I figured it out. I needed to install the iLok software first. Thought I had it installed but I guess not.
