Default OT...can You describe the sound...

...of the Hammond B3 in 5 or less words ??
Of course I'm talking the real thing boys...no cheapoo plug in imitations...
I'd say;
1)sexy
2)growling
3)groove provoking
4)memorable
5)soothing

Just drove to the (beer)store, and Booker T. & the MG's... and Procol Harum was played on my local FM, back to back...
I feel so...

cheers,

so, Groove Provoking is just 1 word?

Here goes:
1: Totally cool
2: Really smooth, yet soothing to the ears
3: Sometimes stanky with a heavy attack, giving it quite an edge to a sound.
4: Very Familiar..
5: A good compliment a plain piece.

OK, well received, "son"

Actually, beside being really in love with B3s, I am trying to improve on my English vocabulary...

You mean the B3 isnt a rack unit?

Reminds me of this video footage of David Bowie on the NIN DVD, Bowie is talking about an aftershow party, and some kids come up to him ask him why he doing "Vanilla Ice" covers..
