Apogee Vs 96i/o

I currently have an Apogee Rosetta AD (96k) as the front end for my Mixplus.. im about to receive my HD2 upgrade with a 96i/o... anyone have any substantiated or founded opinions on what would SOUND better... is it worth keeping my Apogee or will the 96 be fine. I love the sound the Apogee's wordclock gives my mix system.. but will the new HD2 Accel be just as good?
