Re: Spend my $$$$ please !!!
Check out anything by Emagic. The prices are from $150 and up. I use the MT4, not problems at all. Best of all if you use Logic you won't have to use OMS. Better timing with out. Another plus maybe since Apple bought Emagic their interfaces I will assume work best with OS X.2. Once PT 6.0 is released and supports OS X you may not have use OMS at all. The Emagic interfaces also work with OMS.

Re: Spend my $$$$ please !!!
yeah emagic has a really good line but if you use dp3 with an emagic interface you wont have midi-time-stamping.. their midi timestamp only works with Logic 5.0 and dp3's only works with a motu interface.... so get the interface depending on which program you use most....
i found this out at a emagic seminar that came to my school 2 mths ago to promote logic..

wow~...thanks you guys~!!....I will surely look into Emagic's product....since I mainly use PT and logic....that seems to be a "logical" choice....
Never use DP3 before.....since almost every studio and people are using PT and logic more than 90%..... |
