Default Offline Bounce

Hey guys,

Im just checking Out PT 11 in Trial Mode , to Figure out, of i' ll buy it.
On of the Most Important Things for me is the offline bounce, because i work a lot on long Films ...

So i Tried it now serveral Times . The Problem is always when i Bounce My mixes offline- all Plugins and automation data that is on aux sends won't be in the Bounce and are ignored...

I worked only with Waves AAX Plugz.

When i do a "normal" Bourne everything is fine.

So is this just a trial Version Bug?

Does anyone have Same issues?

Help World bei appreciated

Cheers max

Certainly not normal or expected.

I'd start by trying it with the stock Avid plugs to eliminate a Waves issue.

Let us know how that goes.

I think ist an aux send Bug , also with no Plug in on the aux send, the Bug is happening. For example if i send something pre fader to the aux und Mute the original and Bounce it offline , im getting a file with silence. In normal Bourne mode everything is good...

can you post your session file? no audio needed, just to see how it's set up.

And is this happening on all sessions? Newly created sessions?

I can confirm that it happened in your session initially, but not in any of my own sessions. However, I could not make offline bounce fail on a copy (Save copy in...) of your session, where I deleted the tracks with greyed out/non-matching I/O, which turned the Delay Compensation engine back to green.

I can't say for sure what's going on, but I'll try to do some more testing after work.

Are you by any chance using templates created in older versions of Pro Tools?

I couldn't repro at all. All works here even with your session.

I'd try to do as Stig says, make a fresh session in 11 and try to repro the issue. Sometimes things can get carried forward from templates and old sessions and corrupt new ones.

i tried a new session and it worked... cool.
but the other day i had also a new session but didn't work.

the difference was that the other day i used the i/o setting i was always using, today i choose the factory default "stereo mix" I/O . is it possible that is about an old I/O setup?

if i m getting the problem again i will let you know.

thanks guys!
