No Eleven LE presets Win 7 x64

Hi. I just built a new computer and upgraded to MPTK 2. Everything else works great, but when I open Eleven LE, there are no Eleven LE presets, just the default setting. Eleven Free and presets work. In DAE/Plug-Ins I see 24 entries related to Eleven including "Eleven LE.dpm" and "Eleven LE.dpm.rsr". I did and un and re-install, rebooting between each operation. I did a search before posting but didn't see anything but going to AIR blog. Went there and didn't find what I need. Any ideas? Thank you.

hmm, did you re-install Eleven? I have eleven and the presets are there. I'll email em to you if you dont get it worked out.

By the way, they file path to the presets for Eleven Rtas is

Programs Files (x86)> Common Files>Digidesign>DAE>Plug-In Settings > Eleven

I found Eleven installer on Avid site, but have not installed it yet. Should I try that first? I thought it might lead to some redundancy issues. And yes, that is the path I used. Thanks.

it shouldnt cause any issues. i would try that first. you may need to uninstall Eleven first.

So the Eleven Preset folder is Empty?

If you dont get it worked out, just email me (click my name) and i'll zip up the preset folder and email it to you. I (of course) have the factory presets, plus a bunch from Cary

Eleven LE doesn't show up individually on the Win Programs list - only the whole MPTK2 pkg. So I cannot see how to uninstall it. There IS an "ElevenRack Driver 1.0.8 (x64)" but I don't think I should try that uninstall, just yet. Or should I?
Yes Preset folder is empty. I will use the Eleven installer, after making a TI back up, and if that is not good, I will take you up on your kind offer!

ElevenRack Driver 1.0.8 (x64) is for the Eleven Rack. no need to uninstall it.
