Default recreates fades anyway, ignoring \"skip all\"

when opening another session to check something i don't want to re-create fades, so when the missing files dialog appears i choose "skip all", making sure the other checkboxes are also unselected. this used to work fine.

now in 7.4 i notice in the task manager that it's recreating all the fades even though i told it not to.

can anyone else confirm or deny this?
