Buying Serato online store? any experiences.

Hi,

Bought the Serato parametric from their online store and was expecting an e-mail with reg code or link to register ilok auth etc, but nothing yet!! does anyone know the precedure and timescale of them sending the auths?

Hope they're not going to ship a box!! could have bought a boxed version from a dealer for $250 less

I would just ask them in an email. I haven't bought from them in a long time but they are RESPONSIVE to emails.

and ps - sometimes i have found weekend purchases to be executed on the following Monday by smaller companies. don't know if this is the case.

Thanks for the reply. yes the weekend was my fear! New Zealand is their home base, so friday daytime would be their Friday night/Saturday morning! so probably get e reply Sunday night as i'm going to bed.

I thought nearly all companies had an automated ilok auth procedure now, especially as their demo's are instant and there was no charge for delivery etc. Maybe i just assumed too much.
