Default Academic version and Retail Version???? HELP

I received Academic version of M Powered PT today from EBAY.. I bought it because it was much cheaper than normal version... WHat is the difference between ACADEMIC version and RetaIL version??? DOes it have the same features?? If not I will be returning it... THANKS IN ADVANCE..

Relax dude, price is the only difference. All the features/limitations are the same as the retail version. Enjoy your new software!
