Pro Tools 10 Aggregate problem (Rosetta+DIGI 003)

I want to use my rosetta 200 with my DIGI 003, i use Pro tools aggregate in PT10 and i have a strange problem :

WIth the rosetta only, i run 64 samples with no Error
WIth the DIGI 003 only, i run 64 samples with no Error
With the aggregate Device, i have a PT error 6101 at 128/256 samples

If i select in the playback engine only the rosetta with DIGI is power on, i have the same problem; if i shut down the DIGI the problem disappear !

In logic pro, no errors.

I try to sync the clock with a SPDIF cable, nothing change.

I use Rosetta for inputs and Digi for outputs of my PT session.
Mac Pro 2010 - 12 cores + OSX Maverick
