Default Re: Ruler view´s missing timecode....????

two question to you users (i'm expecting mine) :
1. Can you nudge audio by increments of 40 ms (that would be one frame at 25 fps, right) ?
2. Can you change tempo back and forth while working on a session (I mean locking all your FX at a tempo of 60 or 120 BPM to get some sort of easy time/tempo view), then adding music/midi at a different tempo) ?

I'm just looking at ways to work around the missing TC ruler. Which I'm sure we'll get if we keep complaining long enough.

Thanks,

Yes: 'heard about that tip to ! You could also work with a tempo and use 1/4 beats.
Of course this wouldn't apply to NTSC's 29.7 fps...

On PT5LE, I was nudging audio by 10ms increments just last night. You can set the nudge factor to just about anything you want. I think you can change the nudge to bars/beats, also.

You can certainly add a tempo change to the ruler. I don't know if the effects will follow it in time sync (I presume you mean delays?). Haven't used it yet, but it probably will work. It seems that the feature is there, anyway.
