Default Contemplating SSD for Session drive

Hey all,

Just wondering if SSD's would be supported with 8.0.4 before I go out and buy one for my session drive. Don't really want to drop that much money on a drive without confirming. There's nothing in the release notes about it, and I would assume it would be like any other drive, but I just want to make sure!!!

Thanks!!!
