mbox - all LEDs (except peak, 48V & USB) on, not recognized

Hello,

I'm using the old mbox on my PowerMac Dual G5 (2 GHz). I've just borrowed the mbox from a friend and plugged it in 2 days ago. I downloaded and installed the standalone driver from digidesing.com since I'm using Logic. It worked fine.
When I started my Mac today, all LEDs except 48V (which isn't turned on), USB and the peak lights went on and the mbox isn't recognized anymore. I plugged it out and in again a few times, always the same, all LEDs are on, no matter how often I press the source button on the mbox. I also restarted the Mac a few times, nothing changes. When I press the 48V button, the 48V LED appears (at least...).
I don't know what to do! Is the mbox broken? Does anyone know how to make it work again?

You should try installing the latest v22 firmware available on this page:

If it's corrupted firmware, that should fix it. If it doesn't help, it's very likely the Mbox is defective and in need of repair. You can call tech support by phone for information on geting it fixed.
