Please Help!!! Protools 9.02 keep crashing during startup!!!!!

I have no clue what to do!! I think that I've tried everything possible but maybe I haven't. I upgraded to PT9HD and I had a couple of plug-in keep me from running so I moved them out of the plug-ins folder and 9 worked fine. I upgraded now to 9.02 and every time it end of the "Loading Plugins" process it crashes; just shuts down. I've done both safe and clean installs; removed "all" plugins from the plugins folder...you name it! I can not get this thing to work!!! I even went to try and install it on my other i-mac and it worked fine! Can anyone tell me what I'm missing?

You need the mixer plug-ins in that folder or Pro Tools will not finish launching. Did you trash your prefs and databases? There's an app for that. Did you install or update any other software between when Pro Tools was working properly and when it stopped working properly?
