Default Upgrading to Pro Tools 8

I'm running the latest PT LE 7.4 cs revision. I want to upgrade to 8, but it costs $150! Is 8 really that much better, that it's worth the extra $150? I've heard that it comes w/ the Sans Amp plug-in, but I already have that one. Please advise.
