Noise in Pro tools

I´ve got any issue with using stereo adjust in pro tools 7,1..

As soon as I add that plugin or others similar doggy standard plugings a noise appear on the track after every 2-3 minutes and it last for about 2-3 seconds,i thought my computer wasn´t fast enough so i added some more ram( I´m running a mac G 5 2,3 Ghz late 05 model with 6,5 Gram),but that wasn´t the case.I need those plugins to make the sound wide,and the noise appears as soon as I start pro tools.

The noise sound a bit like a cellphone close to speakers,just a more continues sound.

Can anybody help me please...!!??
