Waves 2.8 problem,please help!!!

I've just installed 2.8 Gold Bundle.I'm having problem with loading any Waves plug only when HUI controller is checked in peripherals.PT hang and I have to restart the computer.It's working fine without HUI or when I open OMS studio setup.DIGI or anyone please HELP!!!
