Default renaming controllers

have a mac g3 virus k2000 309 electribe.

i work mostly with midi, i know how to add particular controllers to the "favorite" controller list....but can i rename them?


ie controller 41 = cutoff a

any ideas?

No, Pro Tools does not allow you to rename the controller definitions in the Add/Remove Controllers list.

Patch name editor first, then user-definable controllers... baby steps... baby steps...

Interesting in all the developments in the past 10 or so years, neither of these two have had a look in, the patch name editing being the big one. Where would the Mac fraternity be without Cherry Picker for managing patch lists. And for a while then, PC Pro Tools users couldn't even display patch names.
