OMF Import Issue

I am trying to import an OMF built via Avid DS 10.5 and I keep getting this error message:

Could not complete your request because Assertion in "/Volumes/Development/ws.ProTools_9.0.x/AlturaPorts/PT 4_App/MacBuild/../PTSess/PtSess_Generic.cpp",line 2827.


I have imported OMF's from other Avid systems and FCP many times without any problems. Any suggestions?


I have already completed the basic troubleshooting deal

last time it was a CAF audio file (Core Audio File)
