Default Click track only clicks on the bar

After upgrading to the qualified 7.4.2 release, my click has been wonky. It only clicks on the bar, which really screws me up seeing as how I really only use it for count off. I looked around setup > click/countoff and setup > preferences and couldn't find a 'click resolution' option.

I trashed prefs and DDBs, repaired permissions and restarted and its still on the bar only.

10.5.3/7.4.2/Quad 2.66/2GB RAM/Mbox2 Pro (back firewire, no power unit) 500 int audio drive

The session has reason 4.0 and is using rewire. If this is the culprit Im gonna be steamed.

EDIT: well it just seems its that particular session. creating a new one (with rewire) has no problems with a click track. oh well.

In the future, just change the click resolution - I get to it by double-clicking a tempo event in the ruler, but it's probably accessible from some other menu too.

thanks, that does *seem* to be what i was looking for, but no matter what value i change it to for this session, it still only clicks to whole notes.

You actually have to click on the meter event to change the click resolution. It's probably set to a whole note value (not sure why), but you can change that by opening the meter event window and setting another resolution. You can actually place tempo resolution changes throughout the track this way.
