Can I get some beginner help?

I have PT10 and the Eleven Rack. I just started playing with it, I love the sounds I'm getting from the 11R for live jamming but I want to be able to record.

Is there a beginner tutorial or post somewhere that will guide me through a couple basic things? I've been able to record my guitar track but I want to then take that track and record a second track along with it, then a third, etc...

If anyone could show me some basic step by steps that would be much appreciated.

start Pt-->new session-->create audio track-->make sure you have the correct i/o of your 11rack selected-->record arm-->record start jammin
