yeah, SJ is one of the better stores.
I think it is one of the top 5 GC stores in the country
as far as sales. Just make sure when you buy things at GC
it is 'SEALED' in the box.

tele player- thanks for the info! I went and bought one yesterday here in detroit, MI I bought my first 001 from guitar centre when they had the $799.99 sale when it first came out. So 2-3 years later, here we are again!

Yeah, I got my Digi002 at GC in La Mesa, CA. I had shopped for it there a few weeks before when it was on sale for $1999.00 .When I came back a few weeks later, the price had gone up to $2300.00. I told the sales guy I was working with, that I wanted to buy it, but asked if I could have the sale price from a few weeks ago and he said "sure". Got it for $1999.00 <!> Threw in the ProTools book too.

Good place to shop.

Thanks for the info! I finally bought my 002 Rack but, not from GC. GC had it here on sale for $999 as well but, I called Sam Ash music and got them to beat it. $950, not to bad. Now I still have to buy my monitors and Mic.

I have a question. How do I get the free plug-ins that Digi is now offering. My 002R didn't have them inside the box. Can anyone help?
