I recently purchased the digi001 for pc.
Running xp, i downloaded 5.3.1 upgrade but the authorization number is invalid.
How come when i put in my auth code at the site,
it lets me download the upgrade, but now it wont let me use the same code to begin 5.3.1???

I suggest you contact digidesign directly. Also make sure you type in the number correctly. You can find the number on the inside of the cover of the getting started guide.

Remember to include the spaces when you enter the serial number.

Make sure you enter the correct serial number that applies with version 5.1.from your pro tools book. I had the same problem earlier and was actually entering in serial number from version 5.0 .
