Default mbox/oo1/002 with no mixer question

i'm planning to buy an le system.i've seen in alot of tests that people direct connect their synths,etc.... direct to their system(no mixer).does this work out of the box or do you need to compensate for 'latency'?

Default Re: mbox/oo1/002 with no mixer question

there is a no latency switch on the mbox, and it works, but i don't really like the way this works. in fact, i don't like to record with my mbox. i also have a digi001 and that works much better.
greetings, tantejo.
