Forget all the commercial sims (including Eleven) and check out LePou's freeware VSTs. You'll need the VST to RTAS adapter software, but it's worth it.

I must say, the eleven rack has covered every base for me. If you can afford it, i wouldn't recommend aything else. I play alot of genres through the 11R, thrash, rock, blues ect.

BTW, isnt that the song with the record for fastest Double kicks? Its towards the end of the song.

^ The kicks are fast but not nearly the fastest. He's using Quad Giant steps. Morgan from Henker is faster and a lot more creative, check them out!

*On a side note I too am looking for a great plugin for extreme metal that doesn't sound too fake or cheesy. I know it's not going to be perfect but just want a decent realistic sound to write ideas etc on the go. With enough mixing etc. I can get gold from amp simulators but I've been out of the vst guitar loop for awhile Any help greatly appreciated!
