I have a PT 10HD that I'm not using and thinking of selling. What are these going for these days. Without hardware?

Pricing will likely depend on if you obtained it from a CPTK upgrade (and so can transfer the software license without hardware) or not.

So it is a non-transferable iLok license and so is going to be a sale on a physical iLok, and the value to the user will decrease dramatically if you cannot provide them access to the associated iLok and Avid accounts.

I don't know if it's transferable or not without the hardware. I can send someone the iLok. Yes, I understand it's limited value if it's not transferable. But I'm sure it has SOME value as it will let you run 10HD, which has a pretty nice set of features.

Unless it was from a CPTK upgrade the Pro Tools HD software iLok license by itself is non-transferable (that is not a question). The question from a well informed purchaser would be are you providing iLok and Avid account access along with the physical iLok?
