Default PT 9 Efficiency Questions

I have the following....
MacPro 8 Core (2009)
UAD 2 Quad Card
12 Gigs Ram
PT 9.01
Black Lion Audio 003R

Question is....
Can someone explain how much of my computer I am able to use under PT 9?

How much ram am I actually able to use? I am reading 3 gigs max for 32 bit?

If so what do I have to do to take full advantage of 12 gigs of ram and 64 bit?

Am I limited to 4000 samples for ADC?

Any other input would greatly appreciated.
thanks
