Pro tools 10 HD just can record 32 mono tracks at the same time ?

I just got a Pro Tools 10.3.8 HD ,on mac pro 10.8.5, I use Aggregate Device (Fireface 800 & HDSPe MADI FX), and I Need record 98 stereo(196 mono) tracks at the same time, But I just can use first 16 stereo (32 mono) tracks.

Its Pro Tools HD version!!!! I can record all 98 tracks at the same time in Cubase, somebody can help me ?

Yes, it is HD version. But as you didn't pay for some HD hardware, your are limited to 32 I/O. When I need more, I use Reaper for tracking. Reaper license is 3% of a PT|HD licence's price, and 200% in terms of functions and stability.

A) please don't cross posting

B) if you want/need more than 32 I/O you need to use Avid hardware. Third party/Aggregate I/Os are limited to 32 channels.
And you going to need an HDX2 or older HD4 card set to get that many I/Os
