Default Problems obtaining software licenses for plug-ins

I have recently purchased the digi 002 Rack Factory bundle and have registered the products online with digidesign and am waiting for the licenses to be sent to iLok so i can download them.
Does anyone have an idea how long i should expect to wait?
It's only been about two days now but i've been told that the transferral is practically instant.
I am also having problems getting my computer to detect my iLok, I've followed the support advice and have reason to believe that my iLok is faulty. Might this be a related problem?
Any advice would be absolutely awesome!
Cheers

I don't know about the newer factory bundles, but when I got my 002R Factory, the authorizations were already on the ilok. All I had to do was install the ilok software and plug it in.

If you are having trouble getting your computer to recognize the ilok, then yes. that is your main problem. Have you followed the instructions from the quick start guide at www.ilok.com? Have you actually installed the ilok software, and syncronized your ilok to your ilok.com account? Many people confuse the PACE drivers and the ilok software. While they are related, they are two totally separate things and both need to be installed for it to function correctly.

Thanks mate!

I had been fiddling around with the different drivers i had but i guess i never had them all installed at the one time. I figured that they were different versions or something. So i put them all on again and finally my iLok was deteced and the factory plug-ins were all waiting for me.
CHeers alot!
