Default wait note

Can someone check if the 'wait note' function works from the soft keys section in 6.7

It's under the first page of midi softkeys, first button. When clicked on the transport window (wait for midi note to start record) it works and the button on the Dcontrol highlights ... but when pressed directly on the D contol it doesn't seem to respond.

6.7 / FW 3.10

Thanks
