Default New faster hard drive.

I'm getting a new 7200 RPM HD. to use it as a dedicated audio drive.

My question is: If my system drive is slower than the 7200. Would this be a problem to get the must out of my new drive.

Or should I use the newone for everything?

REGARDS.
