SOLVED issue with 9073 error on scrub

i tried to import everything into a clean known good template

that did not work

so i used the

ProTools Pref and Data Base Helper
probably should routinely use this more often

(must remember to re set autosave setting later)

checked the first six boxes on the left and all was better

before the fix:
the session causing problems had automation written on every parameter of every track incl auxes

and i cleaned off all of it i could by hand one at a time

a time waster for sure but what do you do?

scrub now works in this session without 9073 errors

the unique thing about this session over most i do was that i imported some tracks that were recording in logic that the client wanted me to ref

what that the problem?
