Authorization Code for Protools 8 - help!

Hello-

I found a thread regarding my exact issue on this forum, so I am joining up in hopes to receive similar assistance.

I have a new computer that I am attempting to install my Protools 8 onto that I purchased new with my Rack+ Factory many moons ago. I held onto all of the documents that came with my purchase for all of these years, but apparently the authorization code is missing from the quick start guide or wherever it was initially 10+ years ago.

I was hoping that an avid support agent could help me out with this code so I can get this installed on my new computer.

Thanks- I went through all of the links that I could find, to no avail. I submitted a case.
