Practice Mixes?

Hi-
I was just wondering if anyone knew of places that one could download audio files from to practice mixing on...i.e. separate raw tracks to import into PT and mix for yourself.

And as a little aside, as I haven't checked the DUC in a while, has there been any news lately on the PTF for OSX front?
